Vibes Collaboration Session

Book an in-person Rossendale Vibes collaboration and let’s spend an hour getting to know each other properly. This isn’t a sales pitch or a tick-box exercise - it’s a chilled, human conversation about what you do, why it matters, and how it fits into the wider Rossendale community.

During the session, we’ll create engaging photo or video content together, designed to be shared across both your platforms and Rossendale Vibes’ social channels. The aim is simple: to help local people discover what you do, and to strengthen connections between businesses, creatives, groups and residents across the Valley.

 

Selected collaborations may also be featured on the Rossendale Vibes website as part of our growing local stories and community blog content.

How it works?

Rossendale Vibes CIC operates on a Pay What You Can to Pay It Forward model. You contribute what feels manageable for you, and that contribution helps fund future features for other local businesses, creatives and community groups who may not otherwise be able to access this kind of visibility.

​

There is a suggested minimum contribution of £5, but you’re welcome to give more if you’re able. If contributing isn’t possible for you right now, you can still book - no judgement, no awkward conversations, no barriers.

Rossendale Vibes is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC). Every contribution goes back into supporting local people, local stories and local activity. For 2026 all profits will be donated to Rossendale Hospice (charity no: 1008228).

No matter what you pay - £0, £5 or £500 - you’ll receive the same thoughtful, high-quality collaboration, with genuine care and attention. We strongly believe that budget should never be a barrier to being seen, supported, or part of the local conversation.

• Potential inclusion on the Rossendale Vibes website / Blog

The average value of a Rossendale Vibes collaboration is £80+ once time, travel, content creation, editing and platform reach are considered - but the Pay It Forward model keeps it open and accessible to everyone.

Cancellation + Rescheduling

​All collaboration sessions are booked via the Rossendale Vibes website. Once booked, sessions are non-refundable, as each slot is carefully planned and helps keep the project running sustainably.

​

If you need to reschedule, that’s no problem - just let us know with at least 24 hours’ notice, and we’ll move your session to the next available date where possible.
